Planning Process

The Starting Point

Crafting a sustainable future is no small feat. In spring 2024, under the direction of the Board of Trustees, TCU embarked on an inclusive process to begin drafting a new strategic plan.

The Journey So Far

Led by President Pullin and a Core Strategy Team, strategic planning efforts included feedback, ideas and input from more than 10,000 TCU community members with more than 200 faculty and staff members involved in writing the plan.

Some sources of insight include:

8,400+ Responses to stakeholder surveys
1,600+ Participants at campus forums
50+ One-on-one interviews with campus leaders

The Next Steps

Approved by the Board of Trustees in November 2024, this strategic plan is truly a product of community insight and collaboration. In January 2025, we鈥檒l begin the process of bringing the plan to life. We welcome your continued participation as we move forward.
